Join youth, UN Member States, and partners to mark World Youth Skills Day 2025.

World Youth Skills Day 2025 aims to highlight how digital and AI skills can help shape inclusive and sustainable societies, empowering youth. 

Co-organized by the Permanent Missions of Portugal and Sri Lanka to the United Nations, ILO, UNESCO, and the UN Youth Office. 

The event will focus on:

  • Equipping young people to thrive in the digital age
  • Integrating digital and AI competencies into education
  • Promoting ethical and responsible AI use
  • Addressing the impact of technological change on jobs
  • Fostering digital wellbeing and mental health
