Demographic change is reshaping Europe and Central Asia. In a joint effort, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) launch a new policy brief calling for inclusive, rights-based and gender-responsive labour market policies to expand and diversify labour force participation and strengthen demographic resilience across the region.
