Welcoming remarks and keynote address

The event will open with welcoming remarks by high-level representatives from the International Labour Organization and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (tbc), followed by a keynote address by Olivier De Schutter, UN Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty on advancing a roadmap to eradicate poverty beyond growth.
