Recurrent Discussion Committee on Social Dialogue and Tripartism

The Recurrent Discussion Committee on Social Dialogue and Tripartism of the 114th International Labour Conference met in Geneva from 1 to 10 June 2026. Based on the report – Navigating change through inclusive social dialogue – and on the points for discussion, the Committee examined how social dialogue and tripartism help address major transformations affecting the world of work, including technological change, demographic shifts, climate transition and evolving employment patterns. At its final sitting, the Committee adopted a resolution and conclusions that were submitted to the plenary of the Conference for adoption on 11 June.
