Building on some of the latest ILO research and analysis, the panelists explore ways in which digitalization and AI are positively impacting the world of work, such as enhancing the protection and safety of workers on the job, as well as potential pitfalls, like a deepening the digital divide. The panelists also share policy recommendations and give insight into the role of the ILO in advocating for policies and practices aimed at ensuring that the ongoing digital transformation does not leave anyone behind.
